Who Should Enrol Anyone wanting to begin work in the NSW real estate industry. Any person looking to sell or lease property No experience in Real Estate is necessary! Course Information This course will give you a qualification to work in the real estate industry. However you must be employed under the supervision of a fully licensed person and apply to the NSW Office of Fair Trading in order to lease and sell property. If you are working under a person with multiple licences, you may need to hold multiple Certificates of Registration. For example, if your licensee holds a Real Estate Licence and a Business Agents Licence and they want you to be involved in both the sale of real estate and the sale of businesses, you will need to hold both Certificates of Registration.
